1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the AXFX VERTEX website, downloading the AXFX AI Gold & Forex Signals app, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Nature of Service

AXFX VERTEX provides market information, AI-assisted analysis, trading signals, automated trading tools and educational content for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on our website, app or in our communications constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

3. Risk Disclosure

Trading Forex, Gold (XAUUSD), Crypto and other financial markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every trader. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and should conduct your own research and consult a licensed financial adviser before trading.

4. No Guarantees

Signals, analysis and automated tools are informational trading ideas. AI-generated or AI-assisted analysis may contain errors and may not accurately predict future market movements. No signal, strategy or bot guarantees a particular trading outcome or profit.

5. Memberships & Payments

Membership plans (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual) provide access to premium signals for the purchased period. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law. Access ends automatically when the subscription period expires unless renewed.

6. Automated Trading Bots

Our trading bots (Vertex Pilot, Vertex GoldRush, Vertex Neo AI) execute strategies on your trading account at your direction. You retain full control of your broker account and risk settings. AXFX VERTEX is not responsible for losses arising from the use of automated trading software, broker execution, connectivity issues or market conditions.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not resell, redistribute or share signal content, membership access or app content with third parties. Accounts found redistributing paid content may be terminated without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, signals, analysis, educational materials and software are the property of AXFX VERTEX and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AXFX VERTEX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including trading losses, app failures or delivery delays.
